Project Quality management system

The company’s Management is responsible for the Quality Management System and determines the basic management rules. It identifies and implements an appropriate and effective Quality Management System, so as to have the greatest possible assurance that the services it provides will meet at all times the specific requirements of customers.

To achieve the above goal, HQP implements a Quality Management System and initiates the appropriate mechanisms through the organizational structure for the implementation of corrective and preventive actions, so that the System is checked for its effectiveness and improved where the audit reveals problems or malfunctions.

Investing in the continuous improvement of its services and their guaranteed quality, HQP has developed a Quality Assurance System to offer its customers high quality services in line with international practices. As confirmation of continuous effort, HQP holds ISO TUV AUSTRIA Certification, as well as other international and demanding certifications.

Quality policy

HQP‘s quality policy  is based on the following principles:

  • The achievement of quality through the participation of all employees in maintaining the policy of our company with basic principles of responsibility, know-how and education.
  • The preservation of the confidentiality of the work, which must be carried out under a regime of complete confidentiality and security.
  • The guarantee of the full implementation of quality standards for all services, which should comply with the requirements of its customers and with the current legislation.
  • Close and constructive cooperation with customers.
  • The continuous effort to improve the quality of the services provided, aiming at zero number of customer complaints and failures in the provision of security and technical coverage services.

The implemented Quality Management System is subject to annual and monthly evaluation, aiming at the continuous improvement of the services provided and the maintenance of HQP in a leading position in its fields of activity.

Through the Annual and Monthly Review of the System, based on which:

  • examine the Degree of Achievement of the Policy and Quality Objectives,
  • appropriate corrective action is taken, where necessary; and
  • Targets are set for next year
